Your payment implies consent to this agreement.

• Payment: Lessons paid in 4 week cycles. Payment due up front and at the 4th lesson of each cycle. If unpaid, time slot will not be reserved.

   Prices per 4: $120/30 min. (*$30); $180/45 min (*$45); $240/60 min (*$60)   (*single)

   + $1 per mile travel fee per lesson;

Zelle or Cash preferred. Checks accepted but there is a $35 returned check fee. 

Paypal accepted with appropriate Paypal fee (2.89%).

• Missed lessons may be rescheduled with 24 hrs notice. Lessons will be made up within a week. No-shows and last minute cancellations are forfeited. Schedule changes will be confirmed via text or email. No lessons on major holidays. I do not follow school schedules so your weekly slot is reserved and it is your responsibility to text or email me if you won’t be attending. I don’t give reminders. Also you must receive a response/ receipt from me in writing if cancelling. 
• If anyone is sick, we will reschedule.
• Cancellation: No credits refunded but held for 3 months from date of receipt to complete lessons; void after that. Please let me know if you need other arrangements due to health. 
• Start/End time: Lessons will begin and end on time.

Please call or text if you will be late. Teacher will wait for 15 minutes after which time it will be considered a no-show and forfeited.

• Siblings or friends are not allowed to stay with students without supervision. 
• Practice time of 15 minutes a day is expected. Please bring all materials to each lesson.
